Practice Areas
As a San Francisco criminal lawyer, I represent clients who face a wide variety of criminal accusations. I have built my criminal law practice by aggressively defending those that retain my services and ensuring they receive the best potential outcome in the case against them. I recognize that for my clients this is likely the most important event in their life. Being prosecuted can be a very frightening and stressful experience, and achieving a positive end result can be just the thing a defendant needs to move forward and change their life for the better. I am always looking out for the best interests of my client. When the prosecutor knows from experience that the defendant’s attorney is willing to go to any length for their client, the plea bargain offers presented can be very attractive. When your case can be won at trial we will pursue that avenue aggressively as well.
Below you will find a description of each of the practice areas I focus on in my criminal law practice.
DUI — representing those who have been arrested for driving under the influence, whether it is a first arrest or if there is history of DUI.
Drug charges — which includes possession of illegal drugs, manufacturing drugs, illegal cultivation of marijuana, trafficking drugs and possession with the intent to sell.
